So I can't figure out how to uplaoud this video because youtube doesn't support the emotional needs of xanga writers. To be honest, it disgusts me a little. So, if you want a good laugh... click on the link below. I'm not going to lie, you might have to watch it a time or two for you to really laugh hard. But, I almost wet my pants.

EDIT:    We are in an attempt to become more healthy... which p.s.... is really hard to do when you live with Brandon Jones or when your sister comes over and you decide to make fetuccini alfredo at 11:00 at night.   So my question is:  does anyone know of a healthy way to make chicken fried steak?  I am thinking with a name like "chicken fried steak"  there is no healthy version... but it was the request for dinner tonight.  Any suggestions?

The weather is so amazing.  I am so happy to crack my windows and let in some fresh air.  Get all of this sickness out of my house!

I had the greatest time last night.  We had Aunt Bailey and Landons friend Tyler over... and we had Game Night!

On Mondays we always have family game night.  We cook something different and play random games.  It is like our only night that we have no where to go and we are all together at home.  Last week we went on a Valentines scavenger hunt.  This week we were pretty much dedicated to Sing Star.  If you have never played Sing Star... your missing out.  I'm serious... you need to play.  Until you see Emma singing      R-E-S-P-E-C-T in a loud growling black woman fashion... you have not fully lived.  I hope to put video on here soon.  You will see that Landon gets his singing ability from his dad and Emma gets hers from someone of another ethnic background.  Maybe Grey sings like me... he is so quiet... and Brandon can sing exactly like Fred from the B-52's... you know the guy from Love Shack... true story.

IMGSo It is almost Valentines Day.  I am not a huge fan of the very commercialized holiday... however I never pass up an excuse to celebrate.  I don't like the idea of spending a ton of money on flowers or chocolate or jewelry.  And lets not forget the extremely gaudy red, pink, and white decor... gross!

I have been sitting here trying to think of something to say about Valentines Day or people I love, or whatever...But I Really just wanted a reason to show off my hand made Valentines Day card I made for Brandon! Greysen helped me in "Paint" on the computer (after I scanned the card) and added black scribbles around it for a border.  He wanted to help me on the computer this morning... so that was his designated job!

Make a Valentine card. Use those crazy colors we only put all together on Valentines Day.  It gives you a nostalgic feeling... as if you are a kid again... creating with no limitations.  It's fun!

So Emma is sick.  This is the 2nd day in a row she has been home from school.  When I called the doctors office and talked to the nurse she commented on how long we have managed to stay away from the doctors office.  I am pretty sure it was a record for us.  We had not been to the doctor (besides well visits or injuries) since we got back from Portugal.  We have not been sick in forever!  I guess it's only fare we pass this little cold around our house.  Here's to a month of serious cleaning and disinfecting while being sick... yea!  Who knows... maybe we wont all get the funky cold.

Here are some pictures Greysen and Landon took last time we were at the doctors office.  Greysen had his well visit... which translates to shots.  Parenting Tip: Take your digital camera to the doctors appointments... it kept my children very entertained as we waited in the tiny room for what seemed like hours.  Here are some the random pictures they took

The nurse explaining to me that Greysen is below average in his weight and height... That has been the ongoing theme of every well visit for him... he's just a little guy!

I am so excited that my children went back to school today!   Is that awful?  I feel like we have been trapped inside our house.  Brandon was off work all week...the kids have been out of school all week... and I was going nuts.  Don't get me wrong... we had fun together,,, I just have my own schedule and way of doing things.

We finally agreed on a color to paint the wood paneling... and painted it.

Emma, Jamie, and I went to Albuquerque for a gymnastics meet which Emma placed 1st on vault and floor. 2nd on bars, and 3rd on beam... and 3rd all around.  She has never placed all around... she was so proud of herself and I was really happy for her.  She needed that confidence boost. She did awesome.  Their team took first place over all!  We traveled through the ice storm... which was fun.  I have never been out west of Oklahoma really... just texas.  I had never seen the desert and the one time I saw it it was covered in snow.  It was really pretty though.  Probably prettier covered in snow!

Other than that trip we have been home and indoors.  We did go see night at the museum... which was wonderful.  It was so funny. And we have been doing a lot of baking.  Greysen helped me today and I let him put whatever he wanted on the cake.  Its a very pretty cake... colorful.

So, here are some random pictures of the trip, baking, and so forth. I haven't developed any film yet so all I have is what I took with the digital.  I think my other pictures of Albuquerque will be better.
